All purchases have to be prepaid.

We accept PayNow and Internet Banking. 

All prices listed in this website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Delivery is within Mainland Singapore only 
Delivery is FREE for order $150 & above. 
Delivery fee of $4.99 will apply for orders that fall below $100.

Delivery to Sentosa/ Airport/ Offshore Locations of Singapore
A standard delivery fee of $30 to Sentosa & Tuas area, even order is $150 & above . 
We are unable to deliver to Airport & Offshore Islands. 

Subject to stock(s) availability, orders will be processed within 1 working day. 

Once dispatched to third-party logistic partners, please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.

Express delivery is available at an additional charge:

Same day Express Delivery Service: $30 (only if order is made before 12 noon)

Public Holiday Special Delivery Service: Please contact us for more details

Self-Collection: Alternatively, you may make an appointment to pick-up your purchase directly from our warehouse. 

Items must be in original packaging and unused, in brand new condition. 

Original invoice will be required for proof of purchase.

Refunds: Purchases are made within 3 days from the invoice date.

Exchange: Purchases are made within 7 days from the invoice date.

All refunds will be subject to administrative charges of $10 or 5% (whichever is of higher value).

All items have to be returned to our office. 

Delivery charges incurred are non-refundable if the item has already been shipped out. 

We reserve the right to decline any returns if the item does not meet the above conditions and if it is no longer in an acceptable condition due to wear and tear, misuse, abnormal usage, etc.
